About The Position
The Director, Complex Care Strategy Advancement is responsible for driving the strategic vision of the organization by identifying, evaluating, and operationalizing high-impact complex care initiatives aimed at improving quality and reducing costs for high-risk senior populations in full risk Medicare arrangements. This role involves assessing the value of opportunities, validating clinical and operational solutions, and making informed recommendations for program implementation. The Director will collaborate across various functions to design and optimize strategies that address current and future challenges, ensuring sustainable growth and continuous improvement in care delivery.
