Position Objective: Provides strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of the Health Systems HRIS, compensation and benefits programs. Partners with senior leadership to leverage compensation and benefits programs to meet organizational objectives. Analyzes current rewards programs to ensure they align with our business strategy and ensures that our rewards programs optimize our ability to attract top talent. Analyzes the market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of our compensation and benefit plans to ensure they optimize our ability to attract and retain top talent. Leads the development and management of our HRIS systems to support all human resource information needs and to enhance our HR reporting/analytics capabilities. Negotiates with plan providers, vendors, and consultants for services, premiums, and plan administration. Copies, collates, and staples correspondence, minutes, articles, and reports within a specified date and time and distributes to appropriate people. Maintains office records, files, and logs ensuring information is complete and accurate. Maintains current departmental accounts and budgeted inventory control. Orders general office supplies. Assists with employee timecards and scheduling of staff as necessary. Maintains a system of outstanding items and takes appropriate steps to ensure due dates for assignments, appointments, and calendars are current, and other requirements are met; assures confidentiality of departments files, records, and related matters.
