Gap Inc. is seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Compensation to lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies that support our field employees across Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta stores, as well as our distribution centers (DCs), call centers (CCs), and franchise locations (FSAL). This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our mission to be a high-performing house of iconic American brands that shape culture. In this influential role, you’ll bring deep technical expertise and a passion for data-informed decision-making, while championing the needs of our front-line teams.
