Provide leadership in Human Resources practices for Compensation and Benefits throughout Gruma Corporation (Mission Foods and Azteca Milling). Responsible for directing the planning, implementation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, communication, and administration of all corporate-wide compensation and benefit programs consistent with the organization's business strategy. Serve as liaison with Gruma SA Mexico in all issues related with Compensation and Benefits.
