About The Position

The Director of Community Relations and Government Affairs leads AngloGold Ashanti’s strategy for comprehensive engagement with residents, Tribal Nations, and government entities at all levels. • Demonstrated experience working with Tribal Nations, including navigating sovereignty and cultural heritage issues.
  • Background in complex land-use negotiations and multi-stakeholder engagement processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Valid driver’s license (required for travel to project sites).
