Emerald is seeking a Director, Community & Event Experience to elevate and expand the Hospitality Design brand, including the flagship HD Expo + Conference and related executive-level events. The Director, Community & Event Experience, will lead efforts to create a cohesive, innovative, and impactful brand experience across live events and year-round engagement initiatives. This highly collaborative role blends creativity, strategy, and leadership. The Director will work closely with marketing, content, operations, and sales teams to design experiences that inspire, educate, and connect the hospitality design community. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker who combines an understanding of brand storytelling, event design, and audience engagement with data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable impact and exceptional customer satisfaction.
