The Senior Director, Communications is responsible for communications strategy and execution, with primary emphasis supporting enterprise and People programs and initiatives. This individual serves as lead strategic communications counsel to enterprise partners across Optum and closely partners with UnitedHealth Group and UnitedHealthcare teams on broader efforts that span the UnitedHealth Group organization, like our Employee Value Proposition and Quality. This role provides direct management of communicators and reports to the Vice President, Communications. This individual will also contribute strategic and executional support in support of broader business threats and opportunities as directed by the Vice President, Communications. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
