About The Position
As the Director of GTM Executive and Internal Communications, you lead a team of communications professionals who ensure that the global Sales teams have the information they need to help customers and meet their revenue goals each quarter. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You love doing bold and creative communications work and understand the key role that communications plays in the growth of business and culture. You work cross-functionally to influence and build repeatable programs that accelerate the flow of information to and within the sales organization. You and your team will work closely with regional comms partners to ensure the right information is prioritized and delivered at the right times and in the right platforms and vehicles. This strategic function ensures that sales and customer-facing teams are not only aligned with corporate objectives but are also equipped with the messaging, motivation, and information needed to drive revenue and market penetration.
