The Senior Director of Communications and Donor Engagement will be responsible for managing the comprehensive and long-term communications strategy for donor engagement for the NYP Office of Development; including, but not limited to individualized proposals and stewardship plans for high-level prospects and donors, recognition activities, stewardship reporting, and donor engagement materials that reflect the unique needs of NYP's various donor constituencies. The Senior Director will direct, manage, and guide the growing Communications and Donor Engagement teams on all efforts including messaging and strategy development, goal setting, program management and implementation, and reporting and analysis. Work in close collaboration with various directors and teams to lead the strategic vision for event collateral, multimedia, and staging for virtual and in-person events. The Senior Director will drive innovation, cross-team partnerships, and process improvements; and provide strategic leadership as it relates to engagement, experience, and communications for donors and prospects.
