As a member of the Advanced Synthesis Commercial team, reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Development Bioconjugates the primary responsibility of the incumbent is to define, roll out, and provide guidance for commercial offerings aligned with different collaborators in the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Science field, or Engineering, preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • Master's degree and/or MBA is preferred
  • Over 8 years of experience in the Pharma CDMO business, with a proven track record in commercial and operations roles within the Pharma sector
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally is required
  • Travel minimum 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Definition of commercial strategy for commercial Bioconjugates
  • Definition of the 4 P's (Product, Place, Promotion, Price) for the area allocated
  • Guidance regarding target customers and Offering Strategy
  • Part of the Negotiation teams for Commercial Deals
