We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director, Commercial Counsel to join our Legal team. In this high-impact role, you will lead commercial legal support across our go-to-market functions, including Sales, Alliances, Procurement, and Professional Services, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Security, and Compliance teams. You will provide legal guidance on complex commercial transactions and strategic initiatives, and help scale our legal operations to support global growth. This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and offers visibility across executive leadership. Our team is small with each attorney bringing a can-do spirit to their legal practice. We are hands-on and do not shy away from managing projects end-to-end with cross-functional support. We strive to understand revenue generation and be reliable partners to our GTM function.
