Commercial Department The Commercial Team directs the full lifecycle of Vantage’s assets—from initial evaluation through long‑term performance—serving as the central owner of strategy, pricing, and commercial decision‑making. The team leads cross‑functional analysis to guide investment choices, develops data‑driven pricing and deal structures, and manages all major customer proposals and negotiations to ensure disciplined, value‑accretive outcomes. Commercial also maintains comprehensive visibility into asset readiness, financial performance, market dynamics, and portfolio trends, providing leadership with clear insights that shape capital allocation and long‑term growth strategy. By integrating analytics, governance, and execution, the Commercial Team drives consistent, high‑quality commercial results and positions the organization for scalable, transparent growth. Position Overview This role is hybrid in Denver, CO. The Director, Commercial Acquisitions is responsible for quarterbacking land acquisition opportunities across partner teams—coordinating cross‑functional inputs and preparing executive‑ready, actionable materials that advance opportunities through the acquisition approval process and secure required approvals. This role partners closely with Market Development, Energy, and other cross‑functional stakeholders from early site evaluation through acquisition, ensuring that commercial considerations, risks, and assumptions are clearly articulated and well‑aligned prior to execution. The Director also owns the core commercial materials for pre‑acquisition projects, providing a consistent, high‑quality foundation for leadership review and approval.
