About The Position

The Director, Collaborative Real-World Evidence at GSK will serve as the US VEO (Value Evidence and Outcomes) lead for the company's Oncology candidate. This role is pivotal in leading collaborative research efforts aimed at generating real-world evidence that supports GSK's strategic objectives in oncology. Reporting to the Senior Director and Head for US Oncology, the Director will be responsible for developing strong relationships with US customers across the healthcare system, ensuring access to real-world data, and fostering engagement in collaborative research initiatives. This position is highly visible and strategically important, requiring an inspiring leader with extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research. In this role, the Director will lead value evidence and strategic team meetings, identifying opportunities for impactful collaborative research that aligns with medical, brand, and access strategies. The successful candidate will implement collaborative research by developing comprehensive real-world evidence plans and designing studies in partnership with external stakeholders. This includes ensuring strategic alignment with key internal stakeholders such as US medical, commercial, market access, Global HEOR, and Global medical affairs. The Director will also work closely with study delivery leads to maintain budget spreadsheets and study timelines, ensuring that collaborative research studies are executed and tracked appropriately. The Director will form and lead matrix teams with the right expertise to bring the best of GSK to external collaborations, aiming to develop a strategic collaborative research plan that enhances GSK's position in the oncology market.
