About The Position

Manages leaders for cloud architecture and operations teams supporting AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud. This role will be instrumental in driving the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud computing solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. The Director must have a strong background in cloud technologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing cloud architecture and operations in a dynamic environment. The role is pivotal in ensuring the cloud availability, reliability, and security of critical technology systems that support the organization's clinical, administrative, and operational functions. The position requires hybrid work arrangement, balancing remote work with necessary onsite presence to effectively manage Baptist's technology needs. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 13 years of experience in a role leading a technology team.
• Project management skills, tools, and processes.
• Experience interfacing with and presenting to Senior Leaders/Executives.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments - AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience developing metrics and KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience coaching/mentoring less experienced employees.
