You will be instrumental in College Board’s mission to clear a path for all students to own their future. College Board provides accommodations to disabled test-takers so they can demonstrate their knowledge and skills. Your role will ensure that College Board exams accurately reflect the test-taker’s aptitude/achievement rather than their disability. As a Director of Clinical Review you will assist with planning, developing and managing, in teamwork with two other Clinical Review Directors activities related to documentation review for use in determining student eligibility for accommodations in College Board tests (e.g., SAT Suite of Assessments; AP; CLEP). You will also provide Technical Assistance to schools regarding disability documentation and appropriate accommodation for College Board tests and other duties as assigned. As a manager, you will manage and train in-house clinical staff, look for improvements and efficiencies to current processes, and track and manage other tasks which are shared between the three Clinical Directors. Additionally, you will be an important resource to College Board (i.e., various departments and regional staff) and other stakeholders (e.g., school officials) in understanding documentation requirements based on disability. The Director of Clinical Review, collaborates with two other Directors, and leads a team of professional staff in reviewing and determining eligibility for testing accommodations and other related tasks. Reporting to the Executive Director, Accommodations and Accessibility, you will oversee a team of clinicians, ensure policy integrity and compliance, and champion innovation in clinical review processes.
