About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic leader to join our Clinical Operations leadership team, reporting to the Vice President. This role will be a key leader in strengthening our care team as we continue innovating on the delivery of musculoskeletal care enabled by advanced technology. The Director will lead efficiency-driving initiatives, including the adoption of technology and ongoing performance improvements across our health coaches, physical therapists, and other care team members. This leader will ensure consistency across all care team processes to drive member safety, engagement, service excellence and clinical rigor. You have a track record of operational excellence and will drive the team towards consistently meeting or exceeding targets and delivering Best in Class services through demonstrated quality, customer service, and financial metrics. This role partners closely with Quality, Learning & Development, Product, and other cross-functional teams to achieve key results for the Clinical Operations organization. Ideal Candidate: A candidate who has been part of building and leading large service delivery teams Strong track record demonstrating high employee engagement and ability to develop, coach and mentor Leads comfortably through ambiguous environment and drives change throughout an organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly collaborative with cross-functional partners and acts with a bias for decisions and results

Requirements

  • At least 6-10 years' experience in driving large scale service operations (ideally in healthcare), improving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes, meeting and exceeding financial targets
  • At least seven years of management experience
  • Excels at leading and executing under a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital health and/or leading clinicians in a remote, distributed environment
  • Experience leading operations that require a high degree of change management and complexity
  • Experience working in a start-up/technology environment
  • Master's Degree in Business and/or Healthcare or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Lead program and service delivery changes across the care team, ensuring a consistent and high quality member experience in concert with our product experience.
  • Deliver business results (revenue, experience, quality, finances) through a high-performing operating system and AI / tech-enabled workflows; consistently hit SLAs and business outcomes ongoing through performance improvement and variation reduction.
  • Translates strategy into operating plans and procedures, surfacing opportunities through data-informed analyses. Highly influential and ensures alignment with cross-functional partners to deliver on commitments.
  • Drives adoption of technology and bleeding edge clinical practice as we innovate on an AI-enabled care delivery model
