About The Position

The Director, Client Success is a pivotal individual contributor role focused on fostering and maintaining exceptional relationships with existing health plan, employer, and health system clients. This position is designed to enhance revenue generation, drive product utilization, and ensure client retention through strategic engagement and relationship management. The Director will be responsible for managing a complex and consultative sales process, engaging with multiple client decision-makers to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented approach to relationship management, with an emphasis on exceeding annual revenue quotas by identifying and securing new revenue opportunities within existing client accounts, such as upsells and renewals. In addition to relationship management, the Director will deliver compelling presentations that showcase client value and manipulate, interpret, and present data analysis to inform high-level marketing plans and virtual care strategies. The role also involves leading the oversight of customized promotions tailored to the specific needs and regulations of health plans, employers, and health systems. The Director will forecast sales projections, maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce, and lead meetings both onsite and virtually to demonstrate product capabilities. Attendance at trade shows and industry events is also expected, with a willingness to travel up to 50%. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry. A comprehensive understanding of health plans and health systems, including care management, claims, networks, and clinical processes, is essential. The candidate should have experience working with physicians and C-suite executives, as well as the ability to develop and interpret sales forecasts and presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and a strong team-oriented mindset are also critical for success in this role.
