The Director, Client Strategy is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of revenue expansion across Brand Networks portfolio of SaaS clients. This role owns net revenue retention, including upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account growth, while ensuring clients realize measurable value from their investment. As a key partner to senior marketing stakeholders, this role guides the development and maturity of influencer marketing and employee-generated content (EGC) programs, aligning Brand Networks’ platform and services to drive business outcomes across the marketing funnel.
