As Director of Client Services (DCS), you’ll play a critical role leading revenue growth within StackAdapt’s Western US region. You’ll use your experience leading quota-carrying account management teams to scale and retain revenue. StackAdapt has built its reputation around our deep expertise in programmatic advertising and martech, and our willingness to go above and beyond to help our clients realize their ambitious goals. Your team of account managers will be directly responsible for raising the bar on business growth, service excellence, media performance, insights delivery, and partnership strategy for hundreds of brands. This is a commercially oriented, quota carrying leadership role and reports to the VP of Client Services, West. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, however, this role must be based in Los Angeles, CA and candidates must be able to visit clients in person throughout Southern California as needed (expect 10-25% of time).
