About The Position

Join our dedicated OSG Client Services team as a Director, Client Services ensuring exceptional service for financial advisors and institutional clients. Your role includes supporting internal business partners, understanding data visualization strategy, and creating and delivering reports to improve operations and strategies. You will also lead a team of 3 experienced Business Analyst Consultants as part of this role. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Leadership Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking, influencing, and problem solving
  • Experience with data workflow tools, understanding of data and database concepts, tools, and technologies
  • Understanding of the BI product life cycle and experience working with data sets (working knowledge of SAP Business Objects a plus)
  • Experience serving as a change agent and influencer helping end users adopt innovative approaches to business intelligence and data driven culture
  • Ability to interpret requests for information to match business needs with available corresponding data and understand factors impacting business performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Participates in or leads project/work activities with broad scope and departmental impact
  • Proactive team player who engages others, questions assumptions, and promotes innovative solutions and constant improvement through collaboration.
  • A natural curiosity and desire to understand how things work – understand how data can be leveraged

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services experience, preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects a plus
