The Director is focused on client retention and growth. Will be responsible for championing the company's tiered service model and ensure teams are managed in a way that leads to successful outcomes for regional strategic goals, key initiatives, efficiency gains, client retention and high service standards.

  • Support adherence to best practices, deliverables, timelines, tiered service model
  • Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high-energy and enthusiasm.
  • Help to create a climate where employees are motivated to do their best and can be successful.
  • Review and ensure capacity and adequate service levels are met.
  • Work with the SOM and VP for staffing and book capacity.
  • The director will review the tiered service model, including the menu of services, and be sure that it is being executed correctly across all Super Teams within their region.
  • Attend Critical Path meetings with Service Teams and ensure that suggestions from the meeting are executed and results reported.
  • Assist with strategic corporate initiatives, book rolls and internal initiatives.
  • Take the lead on the client experience for Carrier changes that need action from our teams (for example, AM Best downgrades)
  • Ensure quality service is provided to our clients on a timely and consistent basis.
  • Lead by example in areas of excellent client service, adoption of company policies, procedures, and workflows, embracing technology systems, and professional growth by means of continually seeking educational opportunities.
  • Works with the Marketing Team/VP/SOM for New Business to ensure excellent client experience and that new clients are properly placed and introduced to their new team.
  • In addition to the above, the director will take the lead on the following: Top 100, Critical Path, New Account Opportunities, Account Transitions, A/R’s, Carrier Downgrades, Accounting issues, and Lost Business.
  • Assist with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as needed (may be vertically focused)
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
