About The Position
KDC/One Acupac, a division of the Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/One), specializes in designing, formulating, and manufacturing single-use products. These products cater to various sectors including medical, personal care, and cosmetics. Acupac is unique for its innovative packaging solutions and its ability to deliver custom and bespoke products for its clients. Acupac's expertise lies in creating unique delivery systems for single-use applications, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting the specific needs of their customers. The company operates out of Mahwah, New Jersey, and is part of a larger network of KDC/One facilities that span North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. This extensive network allows them to offer comprehensive end-to-end solutions, from ideation and formulation to design, packaging, and manufacturing. The Director, Client Services, is responsible for ensuring that the team delivers exceptional client service for established customers. Working closely with the KDC/One commercial team, the Director Client Services will deliver superior customer service by anticipating customer needs, resolving issues promptly and providing valuable information about product and services. The Director of Client Services will also oversee Project Managers at the site level (dotted line) in collaboration with the Regional Director of Project Management. The Director Client Services will also work internally with counterpart in Marketing, R&D, QC/QA, Production & Warehouse departments to ensure smooth order processing and work to resolve any problems with orders, delivery dates or service.
