About The Position

This role supports and partners with the CVS Business Acceleration team to provide CVS Merchants insights that drive business impact by utilizing Circean solutions to identify and measure opportunities. This includes developing a clear understanding of the business problem, designing the analytical approach, formulating, and testing hypotheses, synthesizing data findings into actionable insights, and developing tailor-made recommendations to present to clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with syndicated POS data utilizing Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ tools.
  • Background in sales and/or marketing within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or Retailer or comparable data-driven environment.
  • Ability to listen and understand client's needs and translate into business questions to be answered through available data sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and analysis into compelling, business-relevant insights.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data tools like Unify+.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Consultative, solution-oriented approach to both client and internal team interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner to Business Acceleration and Category teams, building trusted relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Act as a proactive consultant, uncovering key business questions (issues/gaps) through client interactions and meetings and delivering clear, actionable insights through compelling presentations and communications that create value for the client.
  • Develop a high degree of proficiency in Circana proprietary capabilities, data sets, and solutions including Unify+, Intelligence Suite, Retail Advantage, Scan/Receipt Panel, Loyalty Advantage, ShopperSights, Complete Beauty and MicroMarkets, as well as MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Manage multiple priorities and shifting scopes with a structured, client-focused approach to deliverables and timelines.
  • Present insights in both internal and external client meetings, demonstrating strong communication, professionalism, and storytelling skills.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of retail trends and Circana capabilities to inform strategic thinking and execution.
  • Consistently prioritize client satisfaction through proactive communication, reliable follow-through, and polished deliverables.
