About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Director of Client Reporting to join the team! Imagine360 is transforming the health insurance experience through smarter analytics, transparency, and client partnership. By combining data-driven insights with an innovative approach, Imagine360 is delivering real, measurable savings to our clients while improving member experiences. The Director of Client Reporting will lead the design, delivery, and strategic evolution of our client-facing analytics program-empowering clients to better understand and manage the health and cost outcomes of their employee populations. Position Location: 100% remote

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, or reporting-preferably within a health plan or employee benefits environment.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles requiring presentation of data insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of medical and pharmacy claims data, utilization trends, and population health management metrics.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level healthcare analytics platforms and data warehouse tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to manage both technical teams and external vendor relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, storytelling, and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and delivery of analytical reports and dashboards that highlight healthcare utilization, cost drivers, and outcomes for client populations.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between Imagine360, clients, and our external analytics technology partners to enhance the performance and impact of our reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with external platform teams to extract data insights, optimize reports, and continuously refine analytic methodologies and visualization standards.
  • Partner with internal teams (client management, medical management, and product) to turn analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support client health initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts focused on delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful reports that demonstrate value to clients.
  • Build and maintain a scalable reporting framework that supports both standardized and customized client needs.
  • Present analytical results and recommendations directly to client leadership, providing context and interpretation tailored to each organization's goals.
