About The Position

At Odyssey Relocation Management, we believe great client relationships are built on trust, expertise, and genuinely caring about the experience. We’re looking for an energetic, client-obsessed Director of Client Relations to play a key role in supporting and growing our corporate client portfolio. This role is all about partnership. You’ll bring a broad mix of domestic and global mobility knowledge, strong relationship instincts, and a consultative mindset to extend and elevate existing client partnerships. From service quality and data insights to policy consulting, program customization, and global mobility solutions, you’ll help ensure our clients don’t just meet expectations, they blow past them. As Director of Client Relations, you’ll own the client relationship from a strategic, design, and performance standpoint. You’ll lead the delivery of account management services, working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to coordinate high-quality, customer-first solutions. You’ll help design and refine relocation benefit strategies, tailor services where it matters most, and influence positive outcomes for fully outsourced U.S. domestic and international mobility programs - many with global reach and accountability. Travel is an important part of this role, offering the opportunity to connect with clients in person, strengthen relationships, and support key milestones across the partnership lifecycle. You’ll work closely with our Global Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent, high-touch client experience. Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate, you’ll partner with clients on policy fulfillment, ongoing relationship management, and thoughtful, solutions-oriented conflict resolution. This is a standout opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded professional who enjoys variety, leads with curiosity, and thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment. If you’re excited by strategic relationships, meaningful impact, and helping Odyssey continue to grow, this role was made for you!
