We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing Manager to join our Client Processing team. This role is based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • 10-15 years of total work experience preferred, with at least 3-5 years in management
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple teams and oversee a core operating area in Client Processing, handling all aspects of client accounts including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution
  • Manage resource allocation and ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
  • Provide a consistent client service level model and ensure all service levels are consistently satisfied or exceeded
  • Develop policies and processes to meet and exceed product/service and quality standards, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance stakeholder experience
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective teamwork
  • Set departmental budgets, conduct resource planning, and develop business plans for team/group operations
