About The Position

We're making cities safer, smarter, and more connected. As Director, Claims Process Management you will work across internal teams to establish process and strategy expectations for key claim types. Beyond leading a team to establish what good looks like for various coverage-specific claim types, this role will be a part of the broader claims leadership team working with our carrier partners to reduce the cost of insurance. Uber embraces a hybrid work model, which allows employees to alternate between three days in the office one week and two days in the office the following week. This approach promotes a balanced and productive work environment that accommodates both individual preferences and organizational needs.
