Director, Claim Technology

If our mission statement appeals to you, come and be a part of our amazing team! We are currently seeking a Claim Technology Director to manage and oversee all claim systems for the company. Key responsibilities include working closely with IT and business to ensure proper functionality, use, maintenance, prioritization and development of system related needs to include implementing upgrades and integrations to Guidewire ClaimCenter. The director will also oversee claim system access, control programs, oversee connections and integrations with regulatory entities to ensure workflows and data transfer accuracy, work with IT to ensure effective reports & data for user community and develop claim technology training. The incumbent will also provide direction and support to claims customer service leadership, in addition to claim systems analysts. The preferred location is for this position to be in our corporate office in Sarasota, FL; however, it could potentially be remote or in one of FCCI’s Regional offices.
Responsibilities
