About The Position

GENERAL DUTIES • Develop and manage charter sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Lead outreach to retail, corporate, and broker clients to promote Gridiron Air’s charter services. • Oversee aircraft leasing opportunities, including short-term and long-term agreements, ensuring optimal aircraft utilization. • Negotiate charter contracts and lease agreements in alignment with company policies and financial objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners. • Partner with Operations and OCC teams to ensure seamless execution of charter flights, including scheduling, routing, and service delivery. • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning. • Represent Gridiron Air at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations. • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership. • Collaborate with Marketing to develop client-facing materials, campaigns, and initiatives. • Provide feedback to leadership on service enhancements, product offerings, and market needs. • Leads and directs Manager, Client Experience in providing an exceptional experience that meets or exceeds the obligations outlined in the trip charter agreement or sales contract. • Management personnel are expected to have a thorough understanding of the Gridiron Air Safety Management System (SMS). They should be competent in executing responsibilities aligned with their training and involvement in the SMS. Additionally, they are required and supported to identify and report safety hazards, uncover safety deficiencies, and raise safety concerns within the operation, thereby fostering a proactive safety culture. • May perform other responsibilities as assigned based on business needs and shifting company priorities. AUTHORITIES • Authority to negotiate charter sales contracts and leasing agreements within established guidelines. • Authority to represent Gridiron Air in client and broker meetings, industry events, and negotiations. • Authority to develop and implement sales and leasing strategies that align with company objectives.
