About The Position

As a People team, our mission to recruit, engage, grow, and empower that talent is now more critical than ever. One of our top priorities this year is to link our People Team Transformation to our People Strategy implementation. As we transition from the People Team Transformation phase to executing our People Strategy, it is imperative to have a strong leader who can drive adoption and ensure the success of both individual initiatives and the overall strategy. As a key leader, this person will drive the People Team Strategy implementation, and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a growing team of Change Management Practitioners. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, People Team Accelerator OCM/PMO Lead who will oversee a new team of resources dedicated to executing on the People Team transformation workstreams.
