About The Position

At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. This role leads all aspects of the development of organisational change strategies to support focused areas of the business, with priority delivery focus on strategically critical programs work. The successful candidate has a passion for and deep knowledge of change management and understands how to leverage key collaborators to implement changes within global organizations. This role will be responsible for partnering with their business leads to provide strategic change management support, build capability and create and deploy change management strategies across a portfolio of projects/programs in varying global regions. The successful leader will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships across the business areas they serve, supporting the development and delivery of change strategies as well as building awareness of change management across the organisation and supporting the development of change capability in their areas. They will be responsible for supporting the leadership, building core leading through change skills and helping the business area evolve change adaptability.
