About The Position
Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC) is seeking a Director for the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Employee Engagement (CTLEE). The Director plans, directs, facilitates and supervises the assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation of instructional materials, curriculum, technologies and programs, and employee engagement initiatives. This role will provide leadership and collaborate across the institution and district to enhance faculty and staff development, fostering innovation and advancement in learning, instruction, and assessment, with a strong focus on advancing the college's commitment to student success. To best serve the students, college and community, this position requires a physical presence on campus.
