About The Position
The Director of the Center for Leadership (CFL) will provide leadership in collaboration with the Faculty Director of the Leadership Minor and the Executive Director of the Boerigter Center. The role involves overseeing CFL Consulting, Leadership Development Programs, and the Leadership Forum, ensuring that all activities align with the CFL Mission, Vision, and Leadership Philosophy. The Director will promote the CFL within and outside of Hope College, lead fundraising efforts to support CFL programming, and manage the CFL budget and expenditures. Additionally, the Director will support the academic area of the CFL by contributing to the Faculty Director's instructors team and keeping friends and supporters of the CFL well informed.
