About The Position
The Director, Product Portfolio Strategy and Enablement role is responsible for supporting Beckman's VP of Immunoassay Innovation, Product, & Program Management in defining and prioritizing Beckman's Immunoassay innovation and R&D pipeline for future diagnostic solutions, leading cross-functional initiatives, and capability building to support product management across the product lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in identifying unmet clinical needs and translating those needs into groundbreaking products and in managing the sustainment and post-launch evolution of our product portfolio. This position is part of the Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Business Unit located at our Center of Excellence for Immunoassay in Chaska, MN and will be onsite. We will consider a remote option for highly-qualified candidates.
