About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial sales leadership within the building products or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and developing commercial strategies in complex market environments.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills with experience managing large, diverse teams.
