About The Position

This position is #hybrid, working in the Rogers, Arkansas office 3 days a week. You will support the full category review process—with a particular focus on the MOD relay process—while harnessing cutting-edge AI and automation tools to boost efficiency and accuracy while driving client value. You will be responsible for strengthening existing client partnerships, growing new business opportunities, and driving strategic growth by identifying white space opportunities. You’ll lead a high-performing team with vision and purpose, inspiring and empowering them to deliver results through collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
