Provides direction and leadership to the continuum of care management program. Responsible for the daily operations of all functional components of staff competency, software systems support, performance-reporting, interface with other clinical enterprise departments, policies and procedures. Responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations for interaction with all associated regulatory agencies. Provides administrative and managerial direction for department. Establishes an integrated approach and use of clinical and financial data in program design, implementation and evaluation.
