The Network Products & Solutions at Visa is focused on extending our network products and solutions portfolio, bringing innovative products to market and enhancing the Cardholder, Issuer and Merchant experiences through new solutions. The Cardholder Experiences team is part of the Network Products & Solutions team and is specifically focused on Deliver expanded capabilities that can be exposed to cardholders. Build on existing Subscription Manager and Stop Payments products to supercharge subscription management and target recurring payment flows. The team is also responsible to successfully help execute on the 2030 Network Products growth plan, and to deliver on revenue expectations. We are currently seeking a Director for the Cardholder Experiences team within Network Processing. This role will support the launch of a new subscription management solution as well as manage existing products within the team's portfolio. In this position, you will have the opportunity to conceive new product ideas and conduct feasibility studies to identify the next value-added services for our clients. You will work closely with Technology and data scientists to drive product development and implementation, and contribute to the product commercialization strategy, including market prioritization. Additionally, you will create sales enablement materials, such as case studies, and lead client engagements to drive adoption. You will also develop actionable reports using analytical tools to monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities. We are seeking motivated individuals who can provide thought leadership in developing scalable solutions and strategies that meet the evolving needs of clients and drive the execution of these strategies.
