You will be the Capture Management Director - International F-16 for the International F-16 Business Development team which is responsible for shaping and winning complex international capture campaigns. What You Will Be Doing As the Capture Management Director - International F-16 you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of long‑range plans to grow the F‑16 business across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement business‑development strategies that drive enterprise growth objectives. Assess new opportunities and their impact on the Integrated Fighter Group line of business and the company’s orders plan. Organize cross‑functional teams—including finance, program management, government affairs, engineering, operations, and communications—to ensure alignment and effective execution of capture plans. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, pipelines, and metrics to measure campaign performance and progress. Hire, train, mentor, and lead a team of individual contributors through capture processes and win plans.
