DIRECTOR, CAMPAIGN AND ENGAGEMENT EVENTS, MIT Sloan Office of External Relations , leads the strategic planning and execution of 25+ annual events, including Reunion Weekend and all campaign-related experiences, to foster alumni engagement and philanthropic support. This role designs innovative programming aligned with MIT Sloan's priorities; collaborates with faculty and senior leadership; and manages event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships. The Director leads campaign-related events from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with broader fundraising and engagement goals. They supervise two associate directors and guide a high-performing team in delivering impactful events. They also partner with MIT's Resource Development and Alumni Association to coordinate school and Institute-wide engagement efforts. As a key member of the Office of External Relations leadership team, the Director drives event strategy, innovation, and operational excellence.
