The Director, Business Unit Finance will be a key strategic partner responsible for driving planning and reporting across all areas of the business unit P&L, with an added focus on insights into COGS, R&D and pipeline programs. This role is integral to enabling data-driven decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term goals. Reporting to the VP, Finance, the role involves collaboration with senior leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders.
