Drive the transformation process for one of three business segments: Commercial (fully insured large group, individual exchange, small-group, self-funded, and ancillary product lines), Medicare, or State Sponsored Programs (Medicaid, HARP and CHP). Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps to maximize value and ensure alignment with business strategy. Responsible for estimating/projecting ROI for specific projects. Collaborate with Dir., Reporting & Insights - Product Transformation and the business to identify and measure ROI for projects, to determine the future course of transformation projects based on those defined metrics, and to prepare information for senior management as actionable recommendations. Responsible for identifying cross-functional friction points, leading special initiatives and delivering clarity and momentum for the highest priority business needs. Serve as ‘bridge' between Finance/Actuarial and the department(s). Lead initiatives that improve growth, retention, member experience and operational performance. Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, structure solutions and enable scalable growth. Work across lines of business and supporting functions to drive short-cycle and high-impact outcomes.
