The Director, Master Data Management (MDM) is a hands-on leadership role within the TAA Global Operations team, responsible for execution and stewardship of the Division's MDM strategy. You will oversee master data across critical domains. Collaborating with global functional and technical leaders, the role will build and maintain Operational near real-time master data solutions, driving adoption across systems. The Director will contribute to both strategic MDM programs as well as enabling operational excellence programs as a change agent. Also, the role will oversee Customer360 reporting and analytics to create visibility and accountability within the business. You will also educate internal partners on the value of organized data storage, data governance, operating metrics and data analytics to aid business growth and strategic execution.
