The strategy role will report directly to the General Manager of the FRC PL with responsibilities around mid- and long-term strategic initiatives including, but not limited to new market assessment, strategic customer acquisition, new technology directions and M&A. In this role you will work on significant and unique issues requiring acquisition and analysis of market, company and technology data and projections. Many situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles, dealing with ambiguity and unknowns. You will need to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and solving unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. To accomplish this job, you will need to work across many cross-functional organizations including but not limited to Corporate Strategy, Technology Development, Product Management, Marketing. You will to drive the decision-making process, prepare options for executive management (CEO/COO & board) that generally have significant business impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or similar relevant field.

  • Self-driven personality with exceptional analytical skills, structured work style and ability to understand complex matters quickly.
  • Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing technologies and emerging technology trends.
  • Project management skills - planning & driving execution/implementation.
