About The Position

Within Worldwide Enterprise Sales (WES), the Enterprise Sales & Operations Team (ES&O) is tasked with empowering enterprise sellers by providing strategic planning, skill development, fostering a strong community, and driving AI-driven innovation. The team focuses on expanding the sales pipeline through effective coaching and operational best practices, while also advancing seller capabilities in AI and industry-specific areas. As the Director, Business Strategy & Planning in the (ES&O) Strategy & Planning team, you will define strategy for the Digital Native segment, drive growth initiatives, develop sales models, and coordinate leadership for successful execution. You'll create go-to-market plans and encourage customer-focused innovation, all while promoting Microsoft's values and an inclusive culture.
