About The Position

In this role, you will lead strategic solution development and business operations to support complex, high-value client opportunities across the National Procurement Center’s software and professional services portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions, while driving operational excellence, team performance, and alignment between solution design and execution to deliver measurable client value and business growth.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and business operations functions.
  • Strong background in solution strategy, sales support, or client-facing consulting roles.
  • Experience developing proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex client needs into scalable, actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience working within healthcare or procurement environments preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution strategy for complex client opportunities across software and professional services offerings.
  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, shape client strategies, and advance deals through closure.
  • Design integrated solutions that align software capabilities with procurement services to meet client needs.
  • Facilitate client-facing engagements including executive presentations, discovery sessions, and solution workshops.
  • Translate client requirements into solution frameworks, scope definitions, pricing models, and delivery plans.
  • Oversee a multi-level business operations team, including direct and indirect leadership of analyst functions.
  • Guide team performance, prioritization, and development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Align operational outputs to support pricing accuracy, contract performance, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, solution feasibility, and operational readiness.
  • Establish and scale repeatable solutioning approaches, tools, and best practices to enhance consistency and quality.
