Director Business/MSO Applications
About The Position
The Director Business/MSO Applications is an operational & strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of PIH Health Business/MSO application systems. This role will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Business applications that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide leadership and guidance in the selection, implementation, and management of enterprise software systems. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including application developers, analysts, and project managers. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region.
