Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree; Graduate Degree and or HR certification preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize work based on demand.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience working in a globally matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides HR leadership and development of HR strategies and initiatives across a large business group.
  • Ensures business goals/HR strategies are aligned and drives implementation across business lines.
  • Provides coaching and support to drive high performance.
  • Executes human capital strategies around organizational design, talent management and culture.
  • Works hand-in-hand with business leaders to ensure that HR strategies are aligned to support and enable business goals.
  • Coaches leaders to drive high performance, providing insight based on internal and external trends.
  • Identifies where organization design interventions are required.
  • Partners with the Centers of Excellence to collect data insights and deliver talent strategies aligned to business outcomes.
  • Advocates for employees, drives global engagement and stewards the company culture.
  • Acts as a change agent in support of implementation of global HR strategies and global business needs.
  • Manages HR activities including global employee engagement initiatives, change management, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent review and succession planning.
