We are seeking a Business Engagement Director who will be an IT leader responsible for shaping and managing the global CRM and Supply Chain technology portfolio. This role partners with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Global Supply Chain globally to ensure technology solutions drive measurable business value. The director will leverage deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash and Order Fulfillment value stream, and proven experience to consult on the factory of the future and Salesforce technologies to architect business-aligned solutions and lead portfolio governance. Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT and business leadership experience with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Services CRM & Supply Chain functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in computer science, project management, engineering, or a related project management undergraduate course of study; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in business architecture and consultative collaborator engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with ambiguity, and remain effective and positive under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and related CRM technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end value streams and influence executive collaborators.
  • Skilled at portfolio governance, roadmap creation, and value realization tracking.
  • Strong ability in the development of Business Cases.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and develop creative solutions where high levels of complexity and uncertainty exist.
  • Deliver high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap status.
  • Manage the quarterly, Fiscal Year, and Multi-Year Roadmaps in a constantly changing environment.
  • Handle growing demand using risk profiles, benefit statements, strategic alignment, and capacity/demand planning.
  • Drive effective portfolio management including regular operations reviews and steering committees.
  • Improve value delivered by developing and maintaining IT Product Backlogs, ensuring they remain aligned with customer and partner needs.
