About The Position
Red Oak Recovery is a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed specifically for the unique needs of young adult women, ages 18-35. Our focus is on clinical care, and we utilize the latest research-supported clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes. We are seeking a Director of Business Development to assist in promoting our programs (Red Oak Recovery, The Willows at Red Oak Recovery, Foothills at Red Oak Recovery) and form long-term relationships and partnerships in designated target markets. The Director of Business Development provides oversight, supervision and management for Marketing, Business Development and Admissions. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
